• Took active part in various National programs like Pulse Polio in Primary Health Centers.

• Was the President of Indian Medical Association - Student Wing Tirunelveli.

• Conducted Medical Camp for the elderly in association with Voluntary Service organizations.

• Took part in Rally promoting disease awareness

• Helped in the organization of Exhibition on the occasion of World Diabetic Day (Nov 14,2001)

• Undertook a Health Survey studying the demographic characteristics including educational status, occupation, socio economic status, health problems, house type, water supply, sanitation, family planning etc during Community Medicine Posting and submitted a thesis on the data collected.

• Active participation in Seminars, Symposiums

• Represented College in Quiz Competitions for 5 years and winner of most of the prestigious inter collegiate Quiz Competitions in  Southern Districts of Tamil Nadu

• Also has represented the College and has come out with prizes in events like Dumb Charades, Pot - Pouri, Instrumental Solo etc

• Represented College in Chess and University Champion in Table Tennis.

• Involved in NSS as member, joint secretary and Secretary and conducted free health camps in villages around Tirunelveli

• Member, Batch Coordinator and Blood Donors’ Club Secretary of Rotaract Club of Tirunelveli Medical College.

• Took part in health camps and organization of Intercollegiate cultural events
